We got a phone call late one night from a downtown restuarant in Bedlam. The client was really happy he came across us because we happened to be the 3rd locksmith company they had rung, the others had refused to assist. Our client decided to go out for a film and dinner with his wife because it was their 25th anniversary. However it was as they walked out the cinema that he discovered he had dropped his car keys. He explained, "I ran back inside the building and looked everywhere we were; but there were no car keys. I then got the idea to search in my car and I found them, in the ignition, yet the car had self-locked." Our locksmith arrived on scene quickly and a couple of minutes later had the process succesfully done and the car opened.

"I decided I would begin doing a little bit of mid-day weeding," said our elderly customer in Bedlam, "so next I donned my work gloves and wandered in to the flower garden using the back door. A fun morning ended up being had by all the kids and we walked off home and when we got to the home door I knew that I didn't have the house keys. I knew I lost my keys along the beach, with your company's immediate assistance you opened my house immediately" was the communication from the customer.

Locked out of the company Bedlam:

"Our office has a dead-bolt lock as well as a combination number lock (which we don't ever use), and one of our staff proceeded to lock the code for whatever unknown reason, not noticing we did not know the number. Because of this the moment everyone showed up at work the following day we were all locked out. Thanks for your prompt call-out and for unlocking the office," was an email we got from a business client in Bedlam.
